Asus Eee PC 1002Ha Review

The Asus Eee PC 1002Ha has the usual suspects when it comes to specs, that is 1GB RAM, 160GB storage, Atom processor and Windows XP. What they have done is to redo the look of the netbook and followed the designs of the Asus Eee PC S101, which makes it look more sleek and modern. The brushed metal affect also adds to the quality finish.

The touchpad continues this brushed metal look and supports multi-touch functions such as pinch-and-zoom for pictures and websites. However it also has some other cool abilities like two-finger scrolling and theree-finger swiping, which you can program to launch certain applications. And if you hold a finger on one part of the pad, and double-tap the other, it creates a small magnifying glass that you can move around the screen.

As we said above, the Asus Eee PC 1002Ha has 160GB storage. Howver should you need more, it also comes with free online Eee Storage service, which lets you store files online.
Internet connection was great with built-in wifi, bluetooth and ethernet.

Overall a good, solid netbook. Just a pity that the battery life is a quite short.
