Asus Eee PC 1008HA Review
We first spoke about the Asus Eee PC 1008HA awhile back and were blown away by how rediculously good looking it was. It is a really super thin netbook, and was nicknamed the ‘Seashell’ or ‘Shell’ due to this, and its colouring. It really is a beautiful machine, especially from Asus, which arent really known for good looks. One of the main selling points of the Eee PC 1008HA Asus is that it is about an inch thick…which is Thin with a capital ‘T’.
The screen slides behind the keyboard when opened, which gives it a little more balance. The keyboard is 92% normal size, and this is with a 10 inch screen. Amazon have just started selling it and it has already skyrocketed to one of their top selling netbooks. It has built-in 3.75G and wifi so you will always be connected, and it will just slip into your bag/backpack.
There is plenty of storage at 160GB and it will start up super fast. Asus have also included a clever suite of tools to make moving around the interface intuitive and easy.
It will be available in 6 different colours, although Amazon only have blue at the moment. These colours are: White, Black, Blue, Pink, Sapphire Blue, and Ruby Red.
