Dell Inspiron Mini 9 Review
The Dell Inspiron Mini 9 was Dell’s first forway into the massively growing netbook market. They have of course recently provided their newest netbook in the form of the Dell Inspiron Mini 10. The Dell Mini 9 is a greta looking netbook. It has an outside glossy finish and the bottom and keyboard are both matted. The screen size is 8.9 inches, which is one of the smaller screens around, and highly compact. The keyboard (which is spill resistant) is also very conpact, and it does take some time to get used to using it and being able to type fast. In fact the entire Mini 9 Dell Netbook measures just 9.1 x 6.8 x 1.3 inches. The touchpad is in a good position, just below the keyboard, and is responsive to use.
The built-in wifi connects quickly to the internet. Programs load quickly and the interface is extremely easy to use. The Dell Mini Inspiron 9 does however get quite warm when used for an exteneded period of time, and this seems to be an ongoing issue for netbooks in general.
Overall the Dell Mini 9 is a great netbook. It has a good price, is study and robust, loads extemely fast and has an efficient internet connection.
