    I want a netbook that i can carry around while it is running (very carefully). Would an SSD hard drive make it more stable than a traditional HDD? thanks

    Yes an SSD hard drive would be more stable that an HDD. They tolerate the Two D's (dust and dropping) better than a traditional hard drive.

    Would a external usb Hard Drive & External USB DVD Burner work with note books

    Well, the netbook would need to have enough USB ports, but yes this will not be a problem.
