Lenovo wants to make ThinkPad Netbook

Lenovo have already developed some netbooks, one of them being the Lenovo IdeaPad S10e. However they have now decided that they want to launch a ThinkPad Netbook, for the business man and woman. The thing is a Netbook is not just a smaller version of a Laptop. In order to trim down the size, a few compromises need to be made. These include a smaller keyboard, less processing power, less memory etc. So, how would business people feel having less memory, or a slower processor, in order to have that ultra-portability and connectivity provided by Netbooks.

Lenovo themselves are very much aware of these issues and concerns and so have actually launched a mini-survey on their blog to get the ideas and opinions of various Lenovo users and brand advocates before they go into production. Clever…and perhaps the future of product development me thinks…
