Netbooks for Students

Netbooks fulfil a variety of uses, and one of the main ones is of course that they are being heavily used by Students. The reasons are obvious. Netbooks are cheap, they are small enough to carry in a carry bag around with you, and students mainly use them for surfing the net and for basic word processing.

We would vote for the Asus 701SD Netbook.

It looks fantastic, but more importantly is is cheap (under £200), has decent memory, is tiny (7 inch screen) and weighs less than 1kg.
